WHO IS RENE’
rene', a young Contemporary R&B Singer/Songwriter hailing from New Orleans, draws inspiration from Beyoncé, Chris Brown, and Lucky Daye, which is evident in his smooth and versatile tone. With his powerful yet serene voice, rene' skillfully delivers confident lyrics that soothe the soul. To further enhance his vocal ability and hone his skills in melody, harmony, and wordplay, the 21-year-old is currently enrolled in Loyola University New Orleans' Hip Hop and R&B program, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree.
EARLY LIFE
He developed an early fascination with Gospel videos and spent countless hours engrossed in them when he was only two years old. His formal study of music began at the Louisiana Academy of Performing Arts, where he honed his skills and started to excel in his craft. During this period, rene' began to explore the breadth of his vocal range and sharpen his musical acumen. It was also during this time that he realized his passion for music and his desire to pursue it professionally.
